TALQ and the International Year of Light

At the beginning of 2015 we are happy to announce our support for the ‘International Year of Light’, a global initiative of the United Nations which will highlight to the citizens of the world the importance of light and optical technologies in their lives, for their futures, and for the development of society. It is an unique opportunity to inspire, educate, and connect on a global scale.

The TALQ Consortium signed up as Silver Associate Partner to spread the word about Smart Outdoor Lighting. With our participation we aim to meet and discuss with organizations and individuals who would like to learn more about our Specification and how it can help to modernize outdoor lighting. As a start we will attend the Opening Ceremony in January in Paris and distribute our new TALQ leaflet for the first time there.
